Father's Day

For Father's Day, Hannah got Jeremy a picture frame that says "Then and Now". We put a picture of him holding her as a baby in the "then" section and then used one of today's pictures for the "now" section. She wrote on the frame Happy Father's Day 2012. I love you with all my heart. The writing was all her idea and Jeremy loved it! We also got him a Super Dad mug and a glass filled with all kinds of chocolate.
